Payment
Mushroom Alchemy accepts payment with VISA card and Mastercard. The payment will go through once you have placed your order.
All payments are in EURO. “EUR” and includes VAT.
Mushroom Alchemy uses an approved payment gateway, that encrypts your card details with SSL (Secure Sockey Layer). That means, it is not possible to read your information during the payment transaction.
Due to new Shopify rules the VAT amount is not shown as you put in your credit card details.
Delivery
Mushroom Alchemy has 2-5 working days delivery time.
Further information regarding the order, depends on the chosen shipping company.
Currently shipping is available in all EU countries and the UK.
Cancellation and returns
There is a 14-day full cancellation policy for products purchased in our webshop
The period starts from the day you receive the order.
You are responsible for paying shipping costs upon returning a product.
Cancellation must be claimed at latest 14 days after the purchase and the product must be returned at latest 14 days after the cancellation.
The cancellation message must be send to mushroom@alchemy.dk. In the message you must clearly express your wish to use your right of cancellation.
*Important! To use your right of cancellation, the product must be unopened and in the original packaging.
